General information for visitors

We are excited to announce the official start of registration for visitors to BALTEXPO. One, two, and three-day tickets are now available, and this year we are also introducing a trade fair app that will make it easier for you to navigate the fair. In the app, you will be able to access a full list of exhibitors and a map of their stands.

We want our fair to be as accessible as possible to all visitors, which is why we are introducing VIP and Premium tickets.

VIP and Premium TICKETS for visitors!

The PREMIUM ticket is the perfect option for those who want to take advantage of the full range of services.

With the Premium ticket, you will receive:

  • Admission to the fair for 3 days,
  • The opportunity to participate in industry conferences and events,
  • Access to the communication platform,
  • Access to the VIP Zone and participation in a study visit to a BALTEXPO Partner, where PREMIUM and VIP guests will have the opportunity to tour the facility with a guide and learn about the infrastructure on the premises.

The VIP ticket is the choice for those who want to fully experience the BALTEXPO fair.

VIP tickets give you admission to the fair for 3 days, the opportunity to participate in industry conferences and events, and access to the communication platform for obtaining contacts with companies. In addition, VIP tickets provide access to the VIP Zone, where continuous catering and a relaxation and coworking area will be waiting for you. VIP tickets also allow you to participate in a study visit to a BALTEXPO Partner and admission to the Industry Cocktail on the opening day of the fair (October 10).
