Accreditation
To obtain media accreditation for BALTEXPO 2023, please use the registration form available from the button below.As an attendee of the event, you will have access to all zones and events, including press conferences, exhibitions, debates and presentations.
- MEDIA badge entitles you to enter on all fair days.
- Media accreditations are dedicated to journalists, bloggers and photojournalists who are professionally active and have a valid press card or certificate of cooperation with a particular editorial office.
- Registration and entry (once registered) to BALTEXPO is free.
- Photography of booths and exhibits is possible only with the permission of the Exhibitor, by accredited journalists with a visible MEDIA badge.

Journalist accreditation rules:
- The accreditation entitles you to enter BALTEXPO 2023.
- Accreditation is issued on the basis of a properly completed form.
- The organizer reserves the right to:
- to refuse to grant accreditation without giving reasons,
- withdrawal of accreditation due to violation by the accredited person of these Principles.
- The badge should be placed in a place visible to the Organizer and Security.
- The photographing of individuals and the recording of their image must be carried out in accordance with the generally applicable provisions of the Law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
