Step 1
Log in to your account
If you are a Visitor, log in to the application with the account you created when purchasing tickets or redeeming a voucher.
If you are an Exhibitor, Partner, Speaker, or Panelist: Every representative of an Exhibitor or Trade Fair Partner, as well as a Speaker or Panelist at the conference, who would like to use the networking facilities during the event, must create a separate account in the app, separate from the one used to place your order in the trade fair system.
You can create an account by logging in via the link (QR code) available at the Trade Fair reception desk. Each Exhibitor will also receive a link in their Trade Fair package issued by reception.
After registering or logging in for the first time, it's a good idea to complete your profile so that other participants can easily find you on the matchmaking list.
It's especially helpful to add a profile photo, which will help you identify yourself before meeting in the Matchmaking Zone.
Step 3
Make appointments
The application offers the ability to search for users on the list and send them meeting proposals in the Matchmaking Zone.
After clicking "Schedule a meeting," we can submit a proposed meeting time and add a short note. The selected time is linked to the calendar of the person we're inviting to the meeting, which helps avoid conflicts with other activities.
Once we receive an invitation, we have the option to accept or decline it, or to propose a different date.
For greater visibility, meeting notifications are also sent to the email address provided in our profile.
Once accepted, simply arrive at the Matchmaking Zone at the scheduled time to receive a comfortable space to chat.
The current status of your meetings and submitted proposals can be viewed in the "My Meetings" tab.
