Access and parking

Trade fair visitors and construction companies can use paid parking lots P6 and P7 . Parking fees are paid at parking meters located within the parking lots.

Please follow directional signage and staff instructions to ensure smooth traffic flow and the safety of all event participants.

Exhibitor parking:

• Dedicated exhibitor parking lots are P3 and P4 (Polsat Plus Arena). Access to these lots is clearly marked.

Parking cards:

• Parking passes are generated in the Electronic Exhibitor System. Upon arrival at the parking lot, please collect your hologram from the Exhibitor Reception Desk in the foyer of Hall A and place your parking pass behind your vehicle's windshield.

Holograms:

• Holograms are valid on the trade fair days: 7-9 October 2025, on 6 October 2025 a hologram is not required.
  
  
• Holograms can be collected from the Exhibitors' Reception Desk in the foyer of Hall A after paying for the order.

Installation day (October 6, 2025):

• Entry for deliveries is through gate G1 based on the exhibitor list
  or the INSTALLATION SERVICE badge. Security issues a temporary entry pass
  (valid for 60 minutes), which allows entry to the halls for unloading goods ( hall A – gate T8 , hall B – gate T7 ).

• The security issues a temporary entry pass (for 60 minutes), which entitles you to enter
  the halls for the purpose of unloading goods ( hall A – gate T8 , hall B – gate T7 ).

• After unloading, the vehicle must be immediately moved to the free P4 parking lot .
  
  

Market days (7-9/10/2025):

• Exhibitors with purchased passes park in P3 and P4 (Polsat Plus Arena). On these days, the hologram is mandatory – passes without a hologram are invalid. Visitors and exhibitors use paid parking lots P6 and P7 (paid at parking meters).
