Exhibitor Parking:
Dedicated parking for exhibitors is the P4 parking lot (Polsat Plus Arena). Access to the parking lot is clearly signposted.
Parking Passes:
Parking passes are generated in the Issuer's Electronic System. Upon arrival, please display the card behind the vehicle's windshield.
Holograms:
On market days, from October 7 to 9, 2025, a hologram is required on the parking card.
Holograms can be collected from the Exhibitors' Reception Desk in the foyer of Hall A after paying for the order.
Important: Parking cards without a hologram are invalid from October 7-9, 2025.
On the installation date, October 6, 2025, a hologram is not required.
Installation day (October 6, 2025):
Entry for deliveries is through gate G1 based on the list of exhibitors or the INSTALLATION SERVICE identifier.
Security issues a temporary entry pass (for 60 minutes), which entitles you to enter the halls for the purpose of unloading goods (hall A – gate T8, hall B – gate T7).
After unloading, the vehicle must be immediately moved to the free P4 parking lot .
