A graduate of the Maritime University of Gdynia (currently: Gdynia Maritime University) - Faculty of Navigation and Copenhagen Business School, Universiteit Antwerpen, FHTW Berlin. He also graduated from the University of Gdańsk - obtaining the title of Master of Business Administration. At the beginning of his professional career, he gained extensive experience in the field of maritime logistics and management while working for global companies (British Petroleum Shipping, Mearsk Line, Texaco).
In 2008-2009, Vice-President of the Management Board for Logistics at Orlen Transport SA, then in 2009-2015, Executive Director for Logistics at PKN ORLEN SA, where he carried out tasks related to the management of logistics processes, management of human teams, and improvement of operational efficiency. road logistics and rail transport, implementation of system and IT processes. In the following years, he was an advisor in the organization and management of the production logistics area.
In 2021-2022, as the Director of Strategy and Development - responsible for preparing the concept of rebuilding liner shipping in Polskie Linie Oceaniczne SA
He has many years of experience in restructuring processes, managing human teams, implementing infrastructure projects and building operational structures from scratch.
On April 9, 2024, as a result of the qualification procedure, he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdynia Authority SA as the President of the Management Board of the company on the management board of the 9th term.
