Marcin Ryngwelski - a graduate of the Naval Academy in Gdynia, where he obtained the title of engineer in the field of mechanics and the construction of machinery and the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, which he graduated with a master's degree in law. He also studied in the fields of management at the Gdańsk Banking University (MBA MBA), the Academy of Martial Arts in Warsaw (Management of the Armaments Enterprise) and at the Gdańsk University of Technology (operational management).
He began his professional career in 2000 at the Gdynia SA Shipyard as a lounge fitter. He finished this work as a project specialist. In the years 2006–2012 he gained experience outside the country in shipyards in the Netherlands and Norway. From 2013, he was associated with the Research and Development Center of the Center for Morska SA, where he was the main project manager, and ultimately the deputy director of the PK program. In the years 2015–2017 he took the position of managing director of Stoczena SZKUNER SA in 2015, he appeared on TVP1 "Kryptonum boss". From 2017, he was associated with the Remontowa SA group [4] from January 2019, appointed as the President of the Management Board of Remontowa Shipbuilding SA at the end of April 2023, after 6 years he left the Remontowa group and in May he was appointed as the President of the Management Board of the Thasta company, dealing with communication systems, navigation, hydrography and IT for the Ministry of National Defense and Institution in the field Critical infrastructure protection.
On July 15, 2024, he was appointed as the President of the PGZ Board of PGZ Shipyard SP Z OO in Gdynia.
During his professional career, modern destroyers of the 258 PK construction ships were built and put into service to the Polish Navy. Kormoran II and universal auxiliary units of construction 860 pk. Tug.
In 2023, during the ceremonial gala of the International Defense Industry Salon in Kielce, he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, pursuant to the decision of August 28, 2023, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Poland, the award was awarded to the deputy head of the National Security Bureau of BBN, General Brona Dariusz Łukowski.
