Since 2018, Director of the Office of the Employers' Association FORUM OKRĘTOWE.
He comes from the shipbuilding industry, where he has been working for 35 years. In the past he was, among others, designer at Australian shipyards Ken Brown Marine Pty. Ltd. in Sydney and Austal Ships Pty. Ltd. in Perth, supervised the construction of warships at the Australian Department of Defense in Canberra, served as president of the management board in several companies of the Remontowa Holding capital group and as technical director of Stocznia Remontowa Nauta in Gdynia. He also took part in the Sydney-Hobart regatta as helmsman on the yacht Catriona McDonald in 1991.
A graduate of the Shipbuilding Institute of the Gdańsk University of Technology.
