A graduate of the Szczecin University of Technology Faculty of Electrical Engineering (1984).
From 1983 to 1990 he worked on the ships of Polish maritime naval in positions from the electrician to the first electrician officer. In 1991-1992 he obtained employment on foreign, Greek and Italian ships, also as an electrician officer. Swimming allowed him to get to know the world from Europe through North America, Brazil, Africa, Japan and Australia.
In the years 1992-2000 he was employed at the Szczecin company Intermarine sp. Z oo-"flying renovation shipyard".
From 2000 to this day he has been associated with the company Finomar sp. Z oo from Szczecin - a recognized producer of hull, sections and ship blocks. He is the head of the sales department and a proxy.
In addition, in the years 2006-2016 he was the president of the management board at Sister to Finomar Betamar sp. Z oo and in 2008-2016 at Steelmar sp. Z o.
From 2003 to this day he has been operating in the National Chamber of Maritime Economy, and in the council of the Szczecin branch he is the vice -chairman.
In 2008 he became a co -founder of the West Pomeranian Maritime Cluster Association and from the beginning of its creation to this day he is the vice president.
As part of the National Chamber of Maritime Economy and the West Pomeranian Maritime Cluster, he undertakes many initiatives, of which it is particularly effective to initiate wide lobbying in 2015 to obtain investment subsidies by shipyard sector companies under regional programs.
