Arkadiusz Marchewka completed his doctoral studies at the University of Szczecin, where he obtained a PhD in economics. Additionally, he is a graduate of the School for Civil Society Leaders and a scholarship holder of the Millennium Leadership program implemented by the Atlantic Council. Professionally associated with the Institute of Management of the University of Szczecin, where he is an academic lecturer.
He is a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of the 8th, 9th and 10th terms. In the years 2019–2023, he served as vice-chairman of the Parliamentary Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation Committee and worked in the Public Finance Committee.
In the Ministry of Infrastructure, he is responsible for maritime economy and inland navigation.
