PŻB Offshore plans to build modern CTV ships in cooperation with the Szczecin Shipyard "Wulkan" and the company Elektryka Morska. Together they are finalizing the design of the unit, the construction of which is to start in the summer of 2025. The company also strengthens the operational cooperation with the Bot Green Offshore, with which it is gaining experience and is already implementing the first foreign contracts. These partnerships are crucial for strengthening the PŻB offshore position on the domestic and European market.

Adam Leszkiewicz, the current president of Grupa Azoty, became May 12 the new president of the Polish Armaments Group. He gave up the function in nitrogen on May 9, without giving a reason. During his term of office, the company's financial results were improved and a business transformation program was implemented. Construction of the T3 terminal in Baltic Hub has reached an advanced stage - 89% of work has already been completed. Four of seven STS cranes and six of 16 ARMGs were launched, and subsequent devices are underway and assembly. Key technical installations, including fire and energy systems, are also ready. The project implemented by Budimex runs according to the schedule, increasing the future capacity and efficiency of the terminal.

The government is planning an amendment to the Act on the support of inland navigation, which is to increase the system's efficiency and stimulate investments in the modernization of the fleet. The changes include extension of preferential loans to units already purchased or modernized and increasing the scope of loan redemptions, associated with innovations
ecological. The new regulations also provide for subsidies for schools educating specialists and changes in the functioning of the Inland Navigation Council. The project is expected to go to the Council of Ministers in the first quarter of 2026.

GAZ-SYSTEM ended a tender for the sea part of the FSRU project in the Gulf of Gdańsk, which will mostly be implemented by Polish companies. The Polish-Turkish consortium, composed of GAP Inssaat, Unitek Inssaat and Fabe Polska, will be responsible for the construction of a parking and hot watering quay, a submarine gas pipeline and the infrastructure needed to operate the regasification unit. Work at sea and land takes no interference, and 70% of tasks will be performed by Polish subcontractors. In 2024, contracts for delivery and services worth PLN 1.8 billion were signed with Polish contractors. Completion of the construction of the FSRU terminal is planned for the first quarter of 2028.
