23rd International Maritime and Military Fair

BALTEXPO is a unique platform for establishing strategic business contacts, exchanging knowledge and experience in the maritime and military industries.

In 2023, the substantive part of the event focused on critical aspects of the maritime economy, such as financing, ecological initiatives, investments in port infrastructure and security. The conference emphasized the importance of sustainable development, referred to the new geopolitical landscape of the Baltic region and addressed concerns related to ongoing changes in many areas of the maritime sector.

Due to the great interest, in the upcoming edition of BALTEXPO we plan to expand the content of the conference in the area of ​​security and military.

The BALTEXPO Golden Anchor is an award granted to enterprises and institutions whose project, product, service, activities or achievements in the period of two years from the last edition of the Fair have or may have a significant impact on economic development. In 2023, awards were granted in 5 thematic categories for exhibitors and in two special categories: Startup and Personality of the Maritime Economy.

BALTEXPO Startup Zone is a platform for innovative companies from the maritime, offshore and military industries. In 2023, 20 selected startups presented their ideas in the form of short speeches, competing for the Golden Anchor award in the "STARTUP" category. Participants had the opportunity to network through matchmaking sessions. The main prize went to Mobile Monitoring, with distinctions for Flint Systems and Quantum Cybersecurity Group.

Salmon Evening is a prestigious event accompanying BALTEXPO. Its main goal is to integrate the maritime industry by creating a space for establishing valuable business contacts, exchanging experiences and discussing the future of the sector.

Combining business and cultural elements, Salmon Evening offers participants a unique opportunity for informal meetings in an elegant environment, which contributes to strengthening BALTEXPO's position as a key event in the maritime industry calendar.

BALTEXPO Career Day is a key event accompanying the fair, addressed to a wide group of recipients interested in a career in the maritime industry. It offers participants a comprehensive insight into employment, professional development and education opportunities in the maritime sector through a variety of activities, such as meetings with employers, company presentations, guided tours and competitions with prizes.

This event serves as a platform connecting potential employees, pupils and students with industry representatives, enabling them to obtain valuable information about the labor market, required competences and career development opportunities in the dynamically developing maritime economy sector.

BALTEXPO study visits are an exclusive element of the fair program, addressed to exhibitors and selected guests. They offer participants the opportunity to directly learn about key maritime industry facilities, such as modern container terminals and specialized research vessels.

The aim of these visits is to deepen participants' knowledge of practical aspects of the maritime industry, present the latest technologies in action and create a platform for establishing business relationships in a unique environment. Study visits are a valuable complement to the main fair program, combining theory with practice and enabling participants to gain a broader perspective on innovations in the maritime sector.
