The Port of Gdynia is one of the most important ports on the Baltic Sea – a modern logistics hub and a strategic security point for Europe.
Thanks to its location on the TEN-T core network and as an entry point to the Baltic-Adriatic Corridor, the port ensures efficient integration with the European transport network. Regular container, ro-ro, and ferry connections from the world's largest shipping companies connect Gdynia with the global market and Scandinavia via, among other routes, the Gdynia-Karlskrona Motorway of the Sea.
The Port of Gdynia is a dual-purpose port – economic and defense. It is one of the key allied ports in the Baltic Sea region, equipped to handle NATO military units and supplies.
Investments in infrastructure are preparing the port to handle the largest vessels and meet the requirements of the energy transition and ESG. A key project, the Outer Port, will enable the reception of Baltmax container ships and will become a pillar of a green and safe maritime economy.
