The Central Military Recruitment Center (CWCR) is an institution with representatives in every voivodeship (province) and is focused on recruiting and acquiring soldiers for professional and territorial service. The CWCR coordinates and oversees the activities of military recruitment centers in the areas of recruitment, operational, and defense matters.
CWCR, which is headquartered in Warsaw, is responsible for 16 branch centers located in each provincial capital and 86 military recruitment centers.
One of the priorities of the Ministry of National Defense is increasing the size of the Polish Army, as well as restoring the reserve system and building an effective training system for professional soldiers. The Central Military Recruitment Center, implementing tasks in this regard set by the Ministry of National Defense leadership, is a crucial element in building a modern and strong army.
CWCR coordinates the programs and projects of the Ministry of National Defense.
