Damen Marine Components Gdańsk Sp. z o. o. is one of three Damen Marine Components (DMC) plants located in the Netherlands, Poland, and China, and is part of the Dutch Damen Group. The company specializes in the production of steel (including stainless steel) structural components for various vessels. DMC's flagship product is propeller nozzles, which meet approximately 30% of global demand!
Additionally, Gdańsk produces rudder assemblies, thruster tunnels, propeller shafts and their stern tubes, winches, steel crane components mounted on offshore vessels, and other steel structures not necessarily related to the shipbuilding industry.
Besides Damen Group shipyards located around the world, customers also include leading OEMs in the shipbuilding industry, selling them under their own brand.
