Professional experience is included in key managerial positions in global technology companies, such as Nokia, Siemens, BBC Scotland, Softserve, Customertimes. Currently, it is Managing Director at Experis Poland (ManpowerGroup), specializing in technological consulting and digital transformation initiatives. The implemented companies and projects include US, EMEA and APAC markets, including large management, multidisciplinary teams, development of technological perfection centers, SSC/BPO/ITO structures and effective scaling of companies. The experience of Mr. Łopatka also includes conducting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with particular emphasis on IT integration and business processes and cooperation with the Public Sector.
Mr. Paweł is significant in the development of industry and technological ecosystems. It is also the vice -chairman of the platform of new technologies of Employers of the Republic of Poland, where activities for the implementation of innovation, technology development in Poland and cooperation between business, regulators and the academic community are actively supported. The new technologies platform is a forum for knowledge and experience for industry leaders, industrial enterprises, scientific institutions and business partners. Innovative technological projects, optimization of business processes and creating favorable regulations for enterprises are supported.
