An engineering geologist with extensive professional experience, she has authored numerous documentation, opinions, expert opinions, manuals, guides, and guidelines in the field of engineering geology. She specializes in assessing the foundation conditions of buildings, including those in offshore areas. She collaborates with government and business, including designers and contractors. She supervises the development of engineering geological maps, laboratory testing, and the implementation of PN-EN ISO and Eurocode 7 standards.

Co-author of engineering-geological databases and atlases at a scale of 1:10,000. Since 2008, she has worked at the Polish Geological Institute – National Research Institute, where she serves as Head of the Department of Engineering Geology and Shallow Geothermal Energy and Head of the Laboratory of the Soil and Rock Research Center. Chairwoman of the Commission on Engineering-Geological Documentation at the Minister of the Environment. Member of the Board of the Polish Committee for Engineering Geology and the Environment, Vice-President of the Institute for Remediation of Contaminated Areas Association, Vice-President of the Tunnel Mining Association, member of the Polish Geological Society, and Technical Committee No. 254 for Geotechnics of the Polish Committee for Standardization.
