The 7th Pomeranian Territorial Defense Brigade, named after Captain Adam Dedio, was established in the third stage of the formation of the fifth branch of the armed forces, the Territorial Defense Forces, and began operating in January 2018. At that time, Commander Tomasz Laskowski was appointed commander of the Pomeranian Territorial Defense Forces brigade.
