Career paths, i.e. a guided tour of BALTEXPO

Not sure where to begin your visit to the fair? Or perhaps you're afraid you'll miss something? Take advantage of the prepared guided tours, which will guide you through the most interesting points of the event from the perspective of a young person seeking a job, internship, or career inspiration.

In organized groups, under the supervision of volunteers, you will visit selected stands of companies actively seeking new employees or offering development programs for students and graduates. You will learn about their business profiles, current recruitment needs, and collaboration opportunities.

The guided tour includes:

• companies from the maritime, shipbuilding, port and defense industries,
• conversations with HR representatives or project managers,
• tips on where to return individually later for a longer conversation or to leave your CV,
• visits to the job dating zone and career counseling zone

Each track lasts approximately 30–45 minutes and ends in a networking zone where you can immediately chat with other participants or return to the stands that interest you most.
