We invite you to a strategic panel discussion during which, together with representatives of local governments, services and infrastructure institutions, we will set priorities for action in key areas until 2026.
Our goal is to develop a specific action plan, identify funding sources, and determine the next steps to strengthen the security and continuity of public services.
Course of the meeting:
The meeting will take the form of a dynamic panel discussion (approximately 30 minutes) with an opportunity to ask questions (Q&A session). We strive for a substantive exchange, so contributions will be limited to 60–90 seconds, allowing for the discussion of all key issues.
Main discussion topics:
Most urgent investments: Defining investment priorities, such as the construction and modernization of shelters, the development of warning systems, and the provision of backup communications and emergency power.
Financing: Discussing strategies for effectively combining funds from the state budget, the National Reconstruction Plan (NRP) and EU funds to implement planned projects.
Systems Integration: Developing simple and effective rules for interoperability between alarm systems, such as alerts, sirens and communications, to ensure their consistent and effective operation.
Regional priorities: Identification of key needs in strategic regions, including the Tricity agglomeration and ports, and Warmia and Mazury, with particular emphasis on ensuring the continuity of key services (electricity, water, healthcare).
During the panel we will look for answers to the following questions:
What are the three most important priorities in your area until the end of 2026?
What are the biggest challenges in implementing the planned actions in 2025–2026 and how can we counteract them?
How to practically integrate various sources of financing (budget, KPO, EU) in investment plans?
What specific technical requirements, e.g. regarding emergency power supply, must municipalities meet?
What are the three most urgent investments that need to be implemented in the Tricity agglomeration and in the ports?
Join us to shape the future and security of our regions.
