We're giving you a stage, a microphone, and the attention of the most important people in the industry—managers and recruiters from leading companies. Your task? In just a few minutes, convince them that you're the new wave of talent they've been waiting for.
Apply and win your future! Two simple steps separate you from success:
Step 1: Participate in the online casting call. Complete the application form, add a short description of your idea (up to 400 characters), and attach a 60-second Elevator Pitch video. Share your career vision, goals, and motivations. This is your digital calling card and your ticket to the grand finale. A jury will evaluate all submissions and select the best ones.
Step 2: Perform live at BALTEXPO. We will invite the top 5 speakers to the Finals, which will take place on a dedicated stage at BALTEXPO on October 9, 2025, at 10:30 AM on the main stage in Hall D. Selected speakers will then receive 3-5 minutes to present their idea live, sharing their success story, and 2 minutes to answer questions from the Competition Jury. This is your chance to showcase your talent and compete for attractive prizes.
